Biography

My name is Aaron Kartchner, and I am excited to be a part of the Excelsior community. I received my Bachelors in Health Education and Promotion, emphasizing in Health Sciences, through Utah State University in 2019 right as the pandemic hit. Before and during the pandemic I worked as a Medical Assistant for the University of Utah, and it was during this time that I decided to continue with my education and get a masters degree. I am currently enrolled in a masters program through Utah State University and will graduate with a masters in Sports Management in the Fall of 2023. I have always enjoyed sports from a young age and like to engage in them as often as I can. I have helped coach in county recreation leagues as well as the high school football team. I believe in the value of participating in teams and the power that movement can provide students in learning. I enjoy being out in nature with my family and we go camping multiple times throughout the year. 

Most of all, I am excited to get to know the many wonderful students that walk through the halls of Excelsior, and look forward to learning from them.
