Mrs. Abigail Eccles

Fourth Grade

Hello! I knew I wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl. I remember making my sister trace letters while I wrote on a whiteboard we had at home. Now, my husband is amused as I exuberantly explain children’s books I’m reading. I believe we never stop learning and if we have a growth mindset, anything is possible!

I was privileged with the opportunity to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Utah State University. Applying what I learned there makes me thrilled to be teaching at Excelsior Academy this year. I have quickly fallen in love with this school and all that it stands for. It’s a perfect fit for me as I learn alongside the wonderful students that attend Excelsior!
