After taking a short break from teaching since having my third child, I am pleased to be back in the Special Education Department here at Excelsior Academy! When I moved to Grantsville in 2021, I was on the search for a school for my son to attend. I quickly fell in love with Excelsior and its characteristics. I knew this is the education I wanted my son to receive as well as become an educator for.

I received my dual Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Western Governors University. I have been in a myriad of classrooms over the span of 15 years, and have performed many different roles. Besides educating, I have a passion for family, community, sports, and being on game shows!
