Mrs. Christine Christensen (Mrs. Chris)
Fourth Grade
Hello! My name is Christine Christensen, aka Mrs. Chris. I started at Excelsior 7 years ago as a support instructor when my son started Kindergarten, and have grown to love everything our beautiful school has to offer. I spent time in the classroom as an instructor in Kindergarten and 1st grade before becoming our elementary computer teacher, which showed me all the love that every classroom has to offer. I am honored to be starting my 3rd year as a fourth grade teacher this year, and look forward to the many memories from not only being an educator, but from learning from my students... I love the excitement & knowledge they express when discussing something that is their passion!
My husband and I celebrated our twelve year anniversary this summer camping, fishing and kayaking at Strawberry Bay, which is one of our favorite things to do as a family. We have two hilarious, handsome, and charming sons. Both boys have attended Excelsior since Kindergarten, and I know they are better young men because of it.
