Biography

Hello! My name is Christine Christensen, aka Mrs. Chris. I started at Excelsior as a support instructor when my son started Kindergarten, and have grown to love everything our beautiful school has to offer. I spent time in the classroom as an instructor and as our elementary computer teacher, which showed me all the love that every classroom has to offer. I knew I wanted to be a part of the bigger picture, which is the reason I went back to school to earn my degree within months of starting at Excelsior. I am honored to be a fourth grade teacher this year, and look forward to the many memories I build from not only being an educator, but from learning from my students... I love the excitement with knowledge they express when discussing something that is their passion! 

My husband and I have been married for ten years and have two hilarious, handsome, and charming sons. Both boys have attended Excelsior since Kindergarten, and I know they are better young men because of it.
