Biography

My name is Danelle Robins, and I am pleased to serve on the Board of Trustees at Excelsior Academy. Previously, I taught in multiple Elementary schools and then worked directly with youth to develop life skills and improve behavior.

These experiences inspired my husband and me to look for the best education for our children.  We wanted a school that complemented our children's academic talents while strengthening areas of improvement. We also wanted a school with behavioral standards and practices that reinforced the learning environment.  We found this and more, as all of our 5 children have, or are attending, Excelsior Academy.  During their schooling, they have been involved in middle school sports, performing arts, advanced subject placement, and additional opportunities such as robotics competitions, to name just a few.

Serving on the Board of Trustees has allowed me to be involved in my children’s learning journey, and has given me insight on the incredible way this school operates. I want to help make a great school even better and look forward advancements that lie ahead.
