Sports Physical

Important Update for Student Athletes | 2025–2026 School Year

Starting for the 25/26 school year, any student wishing to try out for a school sports team MUST have a current sports physical on file with Excelsior Academy before tryouts begin. 

What You Need to Know:

  • A sports physical is required before tryouts—no exceptions!

  • Must be completed every school year, NOT prior to March 10th of the previous year, by the athlete and parent prior to any tryout, practice, or athletic contest.

  • Students without a valid sports physical will not be allowed to participate in tryouts.
