Complaints or concerns can be filed by following the process as outlined here.

Excelsior Academy is committed to transparency, accountability, and ethical practices. We invite anyone with a concern to contact our administration directly so we can work together to address it.

Additionally, a hotline is maintained by the Internal Audit Department of the Utah State Board of Education, and it is a venue for citizens, educators, employees, and other stakeholders to request audits or report concerns related to any of the agencies governed by or provided resources by the Utah State Board of Education.
