Mr. John Anderson

Middle School Counselor

I'm Mr. Anderson. I am the school counselor at Excelsior Academy. I am originally from Palm Desert, CA. I earned a bachelors degree in Psychology from BYU-Hawaii and I earned a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology: School Counseling from Eastern Washington University. I have worked as a school counselor for over 8 years at all levels of public education. I enjoy helping students in many ways through academic and personal counseling. When I’m not at Excelsior Academy, I enjoy hanging out with my family, playing the guitar, snowboarding, and the great outdoors.
