Mrs. Victoria Humpherys

Fifth Grade

I started teaching at Excelsior Academy in 2020. I am happy to be a part of this wonderful team of parents and educators! I grew up in Northern California and moved to Utah the same year I started teaching at Excelsior. While I miss living within driving distance of both Lake Tahoe and the beach, it's been fun exploring all that Utah has to offer. I graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, a Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Teaching Credential and a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Special Education. I am married to one of my favorite people and I have three wonderful boys who keep me on my toes. In my free time, I like listening to audiobooks, dreaming of visiting the beach and laughing with good friends. In my role as a teacher, I feel so lucky to be able to help students in their journey in becoming a lifelong learner!
